"Accessing" dropdown button on initial login window not updated until menu opened again #12527

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Log out completely
  2. Open the "Accessing" dropdown
  3. Choose an option other than the currently selected one

Expected Result

As soon as the menu closes, the button text should update to reflect the selection the user just made.

Actual Result

The text for the button that opens the "Accessing" menu is not updated until the user opens the menu again.

Video: opening the "Accessing" dropdown menu that is showing "bitwarden.com", selecting "bitwarden.eu". Menu closes, but button still shows "bitwarden.com". Only once the menu is opened again, the actual button text updates.
