App refreshes constantly after several seconds and takes you to first item in list

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Bitwarden App on Mac
2. Login to your vault
3. Scroll down through the list of your login/password
4. Click on an item anywhere in the list e.g. towards the bottom of the list
5. Wait a few seconds
6. The page unexpectedly auto-refreshes and you end up at the top of list of items in the vault again

Expected Result

Expect the vault list to stay in the position and item you have selected

Actual Result

The list refreshes to the top
