Bitwarden extension showing dropdown cards on highlight even though it's set to show only when clicking icon #12532

Steps To Reproduce

  1. In the browser (Chrome) extension configuration set the following:
  • Autofill:
    • (check) Show autofill suggestions on form fields
      • (check) Display identities as suggestions
      • (check) Display cards as suggestions
      • (check) Display suggestions when icon is selected (important!)
    • (unchecked) Make Bitwarden your default password manager
    • (check) Show cards as Autofill suggestions on Vault view
    • (check) Show identities as Autofill suggestions on Vault view

  • Notifications:
    • (check) Ask to save and use passkeys
    • (check) Ask to add login
    • (check) Ask to update existing login

  1. Go to Cigna customer login at https://my.cigna.com/web/public/guest
  2. Click on field under "Username"
  3. DO NOT click on the Bitwarden icon in the form field

Expected Result

I would expect only the Bitwarden notification box to show up at the top-right corner and NOTHING under the user input field as autofill suggestions

Actual Result

I get both the notification at the top right and the autofill suggestion questions unless the Bitwarden icon is clicked

Additional Context

This wasn't the case on my computer until very recently. Changes from last night / What may be causing the issue:

  1. Last night I installed the Bitwarden desktop app for Windows 11 and added 2 Bitwarden accounts
  2. Logged into 2 different Bitwarden accounts in the Chrome extension in 2 different Chrome Profiles in Windows 11 (i.e. logged into work Bitwarden account in the Bitwarden extension within my work Chrome Profile, and logged into my personal Bitwarden account in the Chrome extension within my Personal Chrome Profile)
  3. Logged into my personal Bitwarden account in Brave browser's extension

Maybe some of the configurations are conflicting or having multiple accounts logged in is breaking a configuration file?
