Long self-hosted domain causes horizontal scrollbar to appear

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch the desktop Bitwarden client
2. Log in to a self-hosted instance with a very long url
3. A horizontal scrollbar will appear, allowing the user to scroll to dead space on the right of the interface.

Expected Result

I expected no horizontal scrollbar to appear. The url in the top-right header gets truncated, but the scrollbar appears like the url isn't truncated.

Actual Result

A horizontal scrollbar appears allowing the user to scroll horizontally and revealing dead space to the right of the interface.

What exact server version is your self-hosted server on?

This will likely be resolved with the Desktop UI refresh, which is currently feature-flagged and not directly available to self-hosted instances. The account-switcher component was moved from the application header to inside the page header with #18686

Please check the next major desktop release, as this might include removing the feature flags client-side which would enable this for all users.
