Steps To Reproduce

After FaceId unlocks the app it just sits on the main screen with a loading spinner that spins indefinitely. I have deleted the app and its iCloud backup and imported a backup I took a week ago. Sill just spins. It was working until this morning after changing the default save option from “save to Bitwarden” to “save here”. I was syncing with Bitwarden but that caused a different bug when saving new codes. Any idea what might be causing this?

For the app to load.

Actual Result

It sits on the main screen and continues to load indefinitely.

I was able to resolve this issue by:

1 Deleting the Authenticator app
2 Deleting the Password Manager app
3 Deleting IPhone(ICloud) backups
4 Reinstalling the Authenticator app
5 Importing backup json file in the Authenticator app
6 Reinstalling the Password Manager app
7 Reactivating the vault sync in the Password Manager app
8 Opening the Authenticator app and changed the save option to "save here"

Im having a similar issue using iphone 11 ios 26 dev beta 3

I was able to fix it by deleting the authenticator app and password manager app

For me it happens every time i press Copy to Bitwarden

I am not sure of the exact steps I took that caused the app to crash. Unfortunately I wasn’t paying close attention and am unable to reproduce.

Not sure of the steps taken, but went to open it the other day, and it was just spinning. Very inconvenient not being able to access my 2FA codes. Using iPhone 16, app version 2025.6.0

I'm on iOS 18.5 (22F76).

I was able to resolve this by:

• Opening Authenticator app and exporting json file
• Logging out of Bitwarden Password Manager app
• Uninstalling both apps
• Reinstalling Authenticator app and importing json file (2FA codes showed up immediately)
• Reinstalled Password app and logged in. During login, it asked for my 2FA code; I entered the code from the Authenticator app and it worked.

I've closed and reopened both apps and they are working as needed. Fingers crossed.
