Improve login with device experience

• I'm using the legacy Bitwarden app pubicly available in App Store / Play Store and I'm aware that Bitwarden Beta bugs should be reported in bitwarden/android or bitwarden/ios

Steps To Reproduce

Authorizing logins with a device currently requires going 3 pages deep in the settings.

Expected Result

Bitwarden should pop a notification on login attempt. Should not allow authorization directly from notification without verifying biometrics / password, but should provide 1 click access to the mechanism to do so. Or there should be a "Device Signon" item on the main page of the vault once logged in

Actual Result

Authorizing logins with devices takes about the same effort as typing the vault password and using external authentication code
