This is an overview task for the MVP of Nebula.

• Specifications
  • Agree on Data Format, e.g Data Package Standard + Extension, see Discussion Basis on dataformat branch
  • Describe the API for the registry based upon gRPC
• Implementation
  • Implement the registry based upon tokio, hyper and tonic
  • Implement the nebula CLI tool as client for the registry based upon clap
• Deployment
  • Provide a docker container as deployment of the registry
