Based on the needs and requests from communities, mini-apps will be developed by the Ariton team or by third parties to cover those feature needs.
One of the mini-apps that will be built for Ariton, is a decentralized task app. What decentralized in the context of Ariton means, is that the tasks are stored in each user device and not dependent on a centralized server or entity. There are always a copy of the tasks on the user device, and the tasks are shared with other users in the community. Having a tasks management app is a great way to help build and maintain a community.
The idea with mini apps, is that they will allow the development of small apps that doesn't require a lot of code, yet can bring a lot of benefit to the users by relying on the platform that Ariton provides. Such as data services, payment services and more.
The concept is that within a community, the community can provide a set of mini apps that are curated for their community.
For example could a small town, have a few apps for the local stores in the town, such as:
Grocery Store
Coffee Shop
Then as a user comes to the small town, they can join the community for this town and they will see icons for these different apps. If they open the Coffee Shop all, it could contain a menu of items that can be purchased in this store. When finishing the product selection, payment can happen in various manners that we implement.
Another mini app could be viewer for data that exists on the platform, such as knitting patterns, videos, podcasts, land/properties, companies and more.
