Don't link synthetic data to a block explorer

p/[handle]/page.tsx:30,147 links demo transaction hashes and wallets to
stellar.expert, where they resolve to nothing.

Acceptance: explorer links render only for chain/DB-sourced profiles; static demo
profiles show the hash as plain text. Supersede this once the demo-data-generation issue lands.
