Error when running 'bun dev' #12

Hi.

On a fresh repo clone, the command bun dev fails with error:

@repo/jobs:dev: ERROR: command finished with error: command (C:\Github\basilic-evm\services\trigger)

Node version: v20.18.0
npm version: 10.9.0
bun version: 1.1.29
