I don’t know if this is the right place to drop this recommendation, but I would like to suggest, that in GitHub, for the Feature Requests, it might be helpful to group them together with additional categorization labels; perhaps from a list of pre-existing labels? With almost 900 open feature requests, I think this might be very helpful for users to find existing requests faster (to prevent duplicate requests from being submitted), help moderators find duplicates to merge together more efficiently, and help developers see which items might be related.
Here are a few examples I was thinking, that I'd just throw out there as potential suggestions (along with some recommendations of existing open requests that I think might fit into some of these categories). Long-term, it’d probably be a good idea for the community to agree on which ones should be used. added, archived, etc....
