Allow deep threads to be linked from the top

Describe the Feature

Currently, if you want to send a link to a thread to someone else you need to send them the last reply in the chain. (e.g. https://bsky.app/profile/joshuajfriedman.com/post/3lfpzc7thm22f) this leads to a confusing experience for people not familiar with the platform since they get the reply separate from all context.

An option should be added to allow a link with an anchor to the top - e.g. https://bsky.app/profile/joshuajfriedman.com/post/3lfpzc7thm22f#top - this could be exposed as 'Copy link to thread' in the ... menu or just manually added by users.
