In the english build the Preferences-Icon at 'Computer' is missing. See screenshot. Maybe an .ini-issue!?

Should be there actually? So do we want it ther with PC/GEOS 6.x and is it expected to be there from earlier version?

It should be there, because in BBX 4.1.3 (original english version) it is also there. In my opinion it's a nice shortcut, which has a high practical use.
