Option to start Screensaver manually (like previous paid versions) #864

In the Express menu, in Motif UI, there was an option to start the screen saver manually. Would be nice to have that back. Maybe in the future a "hot corner" function like Windows IdleWild screensaver pack?

What is the Difference between your wish and the Option in preferences - - - >config UI - - - >express menu - - - >Show Utilitys like screensaver?

I guess at one point this was default behavior to have that on a fresh install, at least on my original 2.x installation media. Sure enough, enabling Utilities button re-enables this.

Since there is an option for users choice, I think this is not an issue anymore. What do you think @sneakernets ?
