squareBracket Beta 1

That's right, it's squareBracket Beta 1.

Changes

• remove sbnext, i'm sorry
• revamp translation system
• replace indigo player with plyr (which works better imo despite the UI being a bit off)
• finalium is now the default theme instead of Alpha 3 Refresh's classic-ish theme
• do some work on forums
• Sounds

...and that's pretty much about it.

squareBracket Pre-Beta

After subscriptions got finally implemented, which was long overdue. I can finally say that we can now hopefully advance to Beta.

Pre-Beta Preview

This is a preview for pre-beta.

Updates

• Redid the 404 page (#43) @biggerbraintime
• Begin work on yet another Bootstrap theme
• Kind of deprecate sbNext?
• Redesigned login/register pages.

Alpha 3 Refresh (aka Alpha 3.5)

Alpha 3 Refresh was only made because we believed that 2006L was going to be the future of squareBracket. We've since scrapped 2006L and we've since moved on with sbNext.

There isn't really anything different from Alpha 3 in terms of functionality other than a new uploader.

Updates

• SCSSPHP is now using a newer version
• Bootstrap 5 is updated to 5.0.2
• The squareBracket BS5 theme is now grayer and more minimal, compared to the more "colorful" MS2-alpha 3 theme
• The uploader has been rewritten(?)
• Started work on sbNext
• New API made for incomplete Android app.

Alpha 3

We redid like 60% of the whole interface, and there's some preliminary "partner" feature that isn't fully implemented.

• Jumbotron color has been changed to the one used in Milestone 2 Preview
