do not rely on on integer nhvd_frame.format #4

This doesn't affect the current code, it is a warning.

nhvd_frame.format integer value is FFmpeg implementation detail
it can't be relied on (may change from version to version)
it could be returned by nhvd as fourcc code instead

I have just got different integer values for NV12 in FFmpeg 3.4 and 4.1
