It would be nice if the jmx url, username, and possibly encrypted password could be stored in a properties file. In addition should take advantage of STREAMS_DOMAIN_ID and STREAMS_INSTANCE_ID if they are set, perhaps even introduce STREAMSJMX_URL (Do not want to use a STREAMS_ prefix)
