Create design for the Initiative page

We need to create a design in Figma for the following:

1. Displaying all Initiatives

• design a common page that displays all initiatives across all regions
• the URL for this page will be: https://mozhlyvosti.org.ua/initiatives

2. Displaying Initiatives by a specific region

• when a user applies filters on the home page for a specific region (e.g., Kyiv) and selects "View All Initiatives for Kyiv," they should be redirected to: https://mozhlyvosti.org.ua/initiatives/kyiv
• this regional page should include additional filters for:
• Initiative types
• Initiative sources

3. Adding a new Initiative

• design a form for adding new initiatives to the website
• the form should include the following fields (screenshot attached, but the "Region" field is not yet included in the admin - coming soon):
  -- title/name
  -- description
  -- region (missed in admin still)
  -- city (населений пункт, який буде вбиватись вручну, без dropdown списку)
  -- Initiative type (Category field in admin)
  -- source of Initiative (Source field in admin)
