When the extension is first installed, there are assumptions that the user will prefer both (a) periodic tracking and (b) memory shown in the title.
After the user disables those preferences, the titles will not change until after each affected tab is reloaded. If many windows are open – or if any affected tab is particularly 'hungry' (I use a web application that typically uses more than 900 MB in its tab) – the workaround can be tedious.
I suggest defaulting to not show memory in the title.
