vscode auto fold v2.0

my javascript is a lot stronger these days, and after going through all these bug reports and seeing their common theme i've decided to start working on 2.0 to address some of the common themes, like, "folding randomly when switching tabs" and various other inconsistencies when folding over time.

i had no idea there were even pull requests on this project. one of them adds a feature that has been asked for a lot, folding very specific regions. will be looking at that to integrate it into the new version too, but that might not be until 2.0.1.
