Recommendation: provide a way to apply a filter to the uploaded dataset

Really nice work! Can I make a request that you provide a way to apply a filter to the uploaded dataset? Something like a text box to add a json dict of column/value pairs to subset the data.

For example the Excel files in my repo here require pre-filtering to a specific combination of location, indicator, unit, measurement, scale, etc., for the data values to make sense for plotting .
