Is your feature request related to a problem?

There is a distinct lack of creeper friends in the Nether

Solution(s)

I would like to propose a warped and a Twisted creeper to spawn in the Warped and crimson forest biomes in the nether.

A nice addition could also be a basalt creeper for that biome.
