difference operation looses polygon

In Boost 1.86 an inner loop vanishes during the difference operation in the program below. In order to reproduce the error, I have to serialize it with 18 significant digits, 15 is not enough. This may therefore be related to issue 1241.

I can reproduce it in version 1.87, it also fails in either intersection or union.
