Align V3 `font-weight` with Figma Typography Guidelines

Currently, V3's fonts.css defines font-stretch values that don't match the Figma design system, resulting in the below visual discrepancies:

Tasks

• Update font-stretch values to match the V3 Typography Guideline.
• Remove Space Mono (font-face declarations and font files) — it's not part of the Brand/Typography Guideline.
