Included SQL Database

It has come to my attention that the public release of the db file (free of excess data and other user accounts + clans) does not contain enough data to effectively run the site in any development way. Bugs appearing in the public DB file will not be fixed and I would consider the provided .sql file unsupported.

For the time being, any code submitted in a pull request will be tested by the team and any merges/edits will be appropriately made where needed.

There will be a fix to this, I've been restructuring the database since I realized after testing that scaling with a couple thousand players would leave the database big and bulky so a lot of database updates are planned just not ready yet.
