No images download at all

Hi!
I have used this tool in the past on an old computer with no issues, but using it on a new setup has failed for some reason.

No matter what I attempt to do with different flags, opening and closing, rebooting etc, I cannot get it to actually download a single image

I'm sure this is just user error, but nonetheless would be grateful for help, sorry for the likely obvious question (feel free to close this issue asap)

Same happend to me. not working at all. And in the past, i did it normally.
