getMap does not work with subconfig

getMap will return the HashMap from the base config regardless of whether it is in a subconfig or not. This was unexpected to me and I think it should at the very least be documented, if not changed.

Example:

-- ... 
  hashMap <- getMap config
  subHashMap <- getMap (subconfig "sub" config)
  print $ hashMap == subHashMap -- Outputs True
