Coordinate Confusion, when using TTTV 5' PAM

In the 5th column(end), the coordinate should be subtracted by 1, otherwise you get 25bp not 24 bp if you use TTTV PAM and 20bp spacer, if the orientation of the DNA is +.
In the 22nd column(Match start), the coordinate should be added by 2, the number in column 23(Match end)should be added by 1. If the orientation of the DNA is +.
I haven’t test the - strand yet.
