refresh needed to fully populate page (setup.html)

There's a bug with Javascript page initialization, needed to do a page refresh to see the controls on the setup.html page. Asked for guidance in forum, have tried a lot of solutions.

It works, but only with a refresh, which is super annoying!

good news! Here's what the author said in the support forum. I have some questions regarding how to make this execute in a "page-specific" manner.

_Hey there mate, and thank you for your purchase. All you have to do is place your custom code inside the custom.js file inside the init_template() function ( after line 9 )

Everything will work like a charm after you do this. The init_template() function is required when changing pages to re-initialize all the JS code, if your code is not there it will not be fired when you navigate to a page, that will cause the JS to have an error until you manually refresh the page. If you add your code in init_template() it will run with each page change._

I have the fix in, now I'm struggling with cache issues. The updated custom.js isn't being executed as there is one in the cache. Looking into a solution.
