"Non-wrappable" text does not break when column width in table is *

Back in 2017, pdfmake gained the ability to break non-wrappable words in response to issue #204

That does work if the word is in a table column with a defined width. But if the other columns have a defined width, and the long word is in a column with a * width, then the column widens, driving other columns off the page as needed.

Would be great if breaking non-wrappable words worked here too.
