Multiple innervations/supply per muscle #66

Some muscles have multiple veins/arteries/nerves that innervates them.

Needed: link table for veins, arteries, and nerves.
How to:

  1. Make link tables
  2. Export tbl_muscles.id and tbl_muscles.nerve, .artery, .vein to link tables
  3. Add missing innervation/supply
  4. Fix C# code and javascript to show all innervation/supply

Be aware, if tbl_link_arteries doesn't contain an entry for the muscle id, the script crashes and doesn't give an output.. Also, there's a known layout bug in the table

Fixed layout bug. Removed old artery label. #66

It remains to fix bug that if the muscles doesn't have an entry in tbl_link_arteries the website doesn't show anything.. Could also be fixed by adding all muscles in the table #66

This has been fixed in #71 #80 #79. The database will be populated thru #49
