Good question, @diberry! Unfortunately, this isn't feasible with Squad's current architecture. Squad is a CLI agent that needs local file system access and shell execution — fundamentally different from GitHub's browser-based agents panel. We could explore a GitHub App integration down the road, but that would be a separate initiative. For now, Squad is designed for local VS Code + terminal workflows. For GitHub.com-based automation, GitHub Actions or GitHub Apps would be the path. Hope that clarifies! 🚀 |

📋 Filed a tracking issue to explore GitHub.com-based Squad experiences. Great thinking, @diberry! The most immediate path is Codespaces — Squad already works great there and we should document it better. Longer-term, a GitHub App integration could bring Squad to the browser. We'll update here as we explore these options! 🚀 Linked issue: #260 |
