Allow Squad to be authenticated to a GitHub App

I know there's a major rework happening right now, so I wanted to get this idea out there now to see if it will be possible with the new version.

What I would like to do is have the Squad authenticated against a self-created GitHub app, so that when it does its PRs, git commits, and issue work, it would show up as the app having performed the action, rather than the user that is running the Squad. I feel like that would give a little clearer indication as to which items would have been generated by the AI agents vs. what has been performed by an actual (as far as we know) human.

I'm totally not suggesting this after having a long PR discussion with the agents and having it look like I'm talking to myself

Thanks for the creative idea, @msquibb! We totally get the appeal of having AI-authored actions show up under an app identity rather than a user account — it does make the audit trail much clearer.

This is on our radar, but it's a fairly deep GitHub App integration that would live outside of Squad itself. For now, you can achieve some of this by using GitHub Copilot Agent identities (which show as @copilot in the UI) and routing work through distinct agents with clear charters.
