I'm pretty sure It works fine with a local repo only. You only need a GitGub repo of you want to use Ralph's to keep an eye on your GitHub Issues etc. |

So it works "fine" in the sense that the coordinator can still route work to agents and they can make code changes. But the GitHub integration is what closes the loop — without it, you're essentially using Squad as a local multi-agent coordinator without the project management automation. I see that you have to connect, besides Github Copilot CLI, the
ghtoolkit (access to Issues, PRs, etc). Is it necessery or does it work "fine" in other envs/withoutghtoo?All reactions
