Atlas resolution as an attribute, not a name. #294

Currently atlas version is an attribute, of an atlas, and not encoded in the atlas name. We should extend this to the resolution. It seems to be that a user should choose the atlas and the resolution separately, rather than needing to remember that the atlas name is admba_3d_p28_mouse_16.752um.
