I think we should create a few pages on the wiki for content like this. That would also be the place for other measurement manuals / tips / FAQ etc, so we can help beginners to set it up. |

I don't think you need any additional rights to create WIKI pages. |

Just open it in any text editor capable of editing large linux text files or import it to spreadsheet.
Software examples:
https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ (Windows)
https://code.visualstudio.com/ (any popular platform)
https://www.libreoffice.org/ (any popular platform)
Example of BAD file:
Example of GOOD file:
examples above are fragments from hs.csv file (in case color temp mode or brightness mode there will be less columns).
Next rule
Any power value should NOT be lower than measured standby_power but in reality many smart-plugs could not measure power values less than 0.5W so it is best do do this additional measure using multimeter (using I~ mode and multiply measured current by voltage or using P~ mode but it is uncommon) - this is intended only for experienced users (danger of electrocution!).
If there is no ability to measure stanby power we can assume it is 0.4W for many typical Zigbee bulb from older generations.
It is really impossible to be zero (even last generations have standby power draw order of magnitude 0.2W)
