Updating modules does not refresh their dependencies #3980

Because we now have a unified GraphStore, it must be aware of all dependencies.

So now we need to telegraph changes to all dependencies. This does not always work. Example:

Create a module
Drag it as a component onto the main board
Change the module's describer
See that it does not change in the main board
