"Duplicate module" creates a UUID-based module #3995

Duplicate an existing module
A module is generated with a UUID, rather than dashed-name

This means that we can't import this module, since we don't know its name (UUID is hidden)

We probably need some way to show both the title and the name of the module, and make them match nicely.
