Bump uniffi-bindgen-react-native to 0.29

The react-native SDK is still using uniff-bindgen-react-native 0.28 which makes it incompatible with projects that have already updated to 0.29.

We are currently using an older version of the breez sdk but i noticed that even in master it's still at 0.28

Unfortunately, we are blocked by https://github.com/NordSecurity/uniffi-bindgen-go, which doesn't yet support 0.29. Do you think you could find a temporary solution in the meantime @afilini?

Yes, it turns out that the only thing included in the cocoapod are the cpp includes and those haven't been changed between the two releases. So we just force the breez-sdk dependency to also use 0.29.0-0 to resolve the pod conflict and then the code compiles fine because the headers are the same
