Build less binaries at release time

This somewhat goes with #283 .

I doubt Fedora or Arch are downloading the .tar.xz file directly, but I should probably check. But if not, my guess is the pre-built binaries are not really getting much use. Compare the 1.0.0 release on crates.io which has 660 downloads right now and it suggests the Linux x64 build is the only one seeing major use, and that's probably due to not being in apt and such.

This is cheap enough to do, so I will keep doing it out of ease of installation.
