hi,I run directly ise generate bit file, and then open the serial port, set 38400, ODD, ONEBITSTOP, NONE, last run nesdbg of after on display Unknown Error initiaizing com5, Do you know what this is reason?

I suspect that your connection to the FPGA is not on COM5, which is hard coded in NesDbg. It looks like a fork of this project actually fixed this up by allowing a command line parameter specifying which COM port should be used:

I don't think so ,I have setted it connected to COM5 already.
