Show alert box when a list / table is empty

If a lists / tables is empty, we should show a bootstrap "alert" box ("primary" variant) that informs that no items were found.

We don't currently do that in most places, but it would be more informative if we did this in all applicable places.

It might be possible to handle this centrally in the PagingControl.

@A-Muk actually I was working on this but haven't created a pull request for the same yet. Currently waiting for my other PR to get merged. Then I will make the changes for this PR accordingly.

Although We would love to have as a contributor. ❤️ Do check out the other issues.
