Hi everyone!
I would like to know if it is possible to run a local version of the gnomad browser with a v4 dataset which is also stored locally. How much effort has to be put into this project? So fare, I tried it several times with differant approach (linking backend directly to the hail tables, using ealsticsearch) but I coulnt mange it. In my opinion, the main challenge was kind of the query schemas of backend - elasticsearch - hail tables. Maybe somebody has kind of an instruction how to set it up.
Thanks a lot!
