Related to: #1409

I've requested Nicole share public data release files for the mito constraint work (data and possibly a readme). Would it be possible to update the Data page with links to these files once they are ready/staged? For consistency with the mito calls and the mito constraint paper, I'd like to list these files under the v3 downloads
