Chromosome order

Here is an output figure.

How can I rearrange the chromosome order (chr1, chr2, ..., chr9, chr10, ..., X, and Y)?

Hi @shunyasanuma ,

The order should be based on the order in your input gene annotations. The chromosomes are most likely sorted alphabetically in that input rather than alphanumerically. So fixing the sort in that input should rearrange the chromosomes on the figure as well.

I encountered an issue on my cluster and reinstalled the package.
I’d like to try your suggestion once another issue is resolved.
