rotation calculation is broken. Tank does not rotate around center anymore.

revert to old render logic
render should honor scale
introduce motionControl (see https://github.com/richardlord/Asteroids/blob/master/src/no-dependencies/net/richardlord/asteroids/systems/MotionControlSystem.as)
