Bug: Duplicate of RT Neural module inside of Guitarix standalone

There appears to be a duplicate of the RTNeural module under the Neural section of the Plugin Bar within the Stanalone app.

That's intentional, should as well be true for the NAM module. So you could use two instances of the Neural Modeler, for example one for a Pedal and one for a Amp, or one for a Pre-amp and one for a Power Amp. In the Latest version they been called RTNeural1 and RTNeural2 to differentiate them.

Thanks for the clarification on this. Certainly makes sense to have multiple instances of them. But would it make sense if one item in the list could create multiple instances of NAM (maxing out at two), instead of listing them twice in the list?

Yea, but that is not possible with the workflow in Guitarix. It's, guitarix init every rack unit you could load beforehand on startup, or, in case of LV2/Ladspa plugs, when you add them to the ToolBox). So, when you add a effect unit into the (audio) rack it is directly ready to go, no more init work to be done. That makes seamless preset switching possible. All plugs inside guitarix been at any time ready to play (in bypass mode), they just wait to be activated, regardless if they been visible in the audio rack or not.
Downside is, we can't create multiple instances of a plugin, as that require a init call, which in turn delay the plug load on preset switching , so, to have two NAM modules we must have two pointers in the tool box.

Ah I see. It still works because I doubt multiple instances above two would be used; so this method works well already. Thanks for the explanation as well; I tried to understand how the instances were created and I had zero understanding with the frameworks and C++ (I'm a JavaScript/Java person, but open to learning!).
