For some reason we ended up with multiple versions of RTL across bitcoin-clightning.yml, bitcoin-eclair.yml and bitcoin-lnd.yml: https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver-docker/pull/941/files#diff-d4cae2a4922ffaf473cb6bc5e3db1f35c636ed8b932b0ab7d8a03b557a5cb671L65

This should be likely consolidated, opening the issue to track the progress.
