The Omnia firmware expects that the IQ channels are configured non-flipped at HDSDR. If the IQ channels get flipped at HDSDR, the Omnia firmware will transmit CW at the opposite side band.

Solution: The ExtIO shall either reset the IQ channel flip, or it shall at least warn the user.
