When we edit user segment, it is more useful to see current userID list in new dashboard.

@nnnkkk7, if the user uploads a list with 100k~200k users, it would be impossible to list on the page because it would be very heavy.
That's why we have a Download option on the list page, so the user can download it and check for themselves.

But we could implement the count and also the download link on the Update page as a reference, too.

Maybe we could check the count and show the IDs only if it is under 100? Anything else, we show the link to download the list?

I agree with it:

And I think it's a bit complicated:

So I think adding the count and the download link is good idea.
